The birth of Blink, inspired by the title of Malcom Gladwell's book and built on many of the principles found with in it. Alongside Aston+Hayes, an advertising agency, we set up a personal branding unit to develop Individual Personal Brands. Working with politicians on their presentation and impact.

Blink expanded to the Cayman Islands and South Africa with a focus on the Banking industry. Developing Leadership Communication to refine methods of engagement with their key stakeholders.
Dubai 2009 - present
Blink Dubai was formed in 2009 in Knowledge Village and has expanded beyond training interventions into a behavioural and psychological training. Reputation from Blink’s work with Burj Khalifa led to an invitation to create an apprentice programme to give 128 disadvantaged people a second chance in a sensational new development The View in the Shard London. In 2015 Blink was brought in to train Ambassadors in ‘soft power’. Working in Oman, UAE & Qatar to advise experts going on International Missions to use every form of communication possible.
Teaching ‘bedside manner’ to the Drs of a newly formed hospital was an enormous responsibility and a fantastic opportunity to maximize impact. Covid-19 had a challenging impact on consultancies that focus on human interactions, but work with Expo2020 and numerous others proved the importance of exquisite communication when restricted to online tools.
Blink continues to seek opportunities to collaborate on numerous people projects, and is currently engaged in piloting new methods of education in schools.
